The greatest tragedy of life is that so many of us show up as half versions of ourselves, too fearful to let the fullness of our truth and our magnificence shine. From so, so early on in our lives, we’re taught to put our focus *out there*. To seek validation and approval, to show up in a way that people will accept us for, to rewrite the truth of who we are to fit into the narrative created by others. What a loss to the world that so many of us play small and hide our greatness, that we dim our light lest it shine in someone’s eyes.

In truth though, it is never, ever too late to be real, to honour the truth that lives in every cell of your being and longs to be expressed. Every single breath we take is a chance to start anew. I don’t care how many years of your life to this point have been half lived, you have the gift of this moment, this one precious moment, to begin again in authentic alignment. At your core, at your very core, you know the truth of who you are and the fullness of all you have to offer the world. Breathe in that possibility, immerse yourself in the deep vastness of all that you are and know that any fears or chains that hold you in smallness are just falsely constructed illusions of the mind and can be crumbled in an instant.

You are not what you’ve been taught to believe you are. You are not what those in charge of little you conditioned you to believe you are. You are not the messages society impresses up on you about who you are. You are not your past. You are not your pain. You are not the thoughts that the mind makes up about who you are.

You are the vast, eternal magnificence beneath all of this. You are literally made of the same stuff as stars.  You are a physical extension of universal energy and you have power beyond what your human mind could ever conceive.

You deserve love.

You are enough.

You can live in alignment with your highest truth, because your highest truth is who you really are, everything else is just noise.
