The miracle of now….

These photos are as clear a visual as I can think of to illustrate how much we awaken to when we become present in our lives.

My garden the other day, where I was practicing mindful walking to help bring myself back down from feeling caught up in stress thoughts and overwhelm.

The distracted, judgemental, rushed mind sees a patch of grass.

The awake heart is present to the magnificence of life, the little miracles that we rush by, disregard,Β trample on.

Slow down.

Gift yourself those regular moments of pure presence, of ‘is-ness’ and watch how your whole quality of life transforms. There are so many incredible gems woven through our lives – in our physical world, our relationships, in every situation we encounter – if we just slow down and become present enough to notice and appreciate themΒ πŸ’—
